His Enemy’s Son

Luke Garrett, a young oil mogul, can’t get his business counterpart to return his calls after a deal goes bad. After making every effort to contact the man, Luke decides to kidnap his former partner’s son, Alex, to gain the man’s attention to their shared problem.

Alex Parker is celebrating his eighteenth birthday by getting drunk with his best friend–and studiously avoiding the debutantes his father tries to throw Alex’s way. His night of revelry is cut short when he finds himself a houseguest of a rather unconventional abductor.

Even though he’s angry and scared, Alex is drawn to Luke, whose plan falls apart when his attraction to Alex generates a change of heart. Luke can’t do anything else but turn himself in to the police, much to Alex’s dismay. Alex doesn’t want to lose his chance at something great before it even begins.

Catfish Love Water

When his tutor suggests he pick a favorite book to get more motivated to learn to read, Axel chooses a gay romance novel. He ends up taking the book everywhere he goes, reading it slowly yet repeatedly until he can recite entire lines. When his tutor resigns, a new one comes to replace her. Richard is doing research on dyslexia for his next book by tutoring Axel, but struggles to remain an impartial observer. Working with such an attractive man turns out to be hard for Axel. Moreover, Richard has a difficult time keeping his secret under wraps.

  2. I have too many authors that I may or may not virtually stalk to have a single, or even a dozen, favorite. Here are a couple that would be on that list: Kristen Ashley, Lisa Kleypas, JR Ward, Amy Jarecki, Harper Sloan, Jennifer L Armentrout. Thanks for the chance!
